Order Processing

For domestic orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday, we will process your order within 1 to 4 business days before shipping. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that N-VALS Golf is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the error occurred due to the carrier.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. If you haven’t received this information after a reasonable period, feel free to contact our customer service team at nvalsgolf@gmail.com for assistance.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

N-VALS Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they've been delivered. If your package goes missing, please email us at nvalsgolf@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Can I cancel my order? 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions in our Returns & Exchanges policy after receiving your order.


Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

For security reasons, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been placed and dispatched. N-VALS Golf ships only to the address provided at checkout, which should match the billing address. If you need to adjust delivery or arrange for pickup, you may do so by contacting the carrier directly.


Shipping Policies & Limitations

All orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout, as long as it meets our shipping guidelines. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to you. Any issues with lost or damaged packages should be addressed with the carrier.

For domestic orders, please allow 1 to 3 business days for fulfillment, verification, and processing. After your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method.

To ensure the safety of your purchase, we cannot modify or intercept shipping addresses once your order is placed. We also require that the billing and shipping addresses match. Orders with mismatched addresses will not be processed in order to protect against fraudulent activity.
